In terms of taste it's too sweet for my liking, energy is okay not great.. But it sustains you right through the workout.Not as pumped up an aggressively as hyper pump... . Normally I use hyper pump but just wanted to try it out.. Going back to hyper pump.. It's okay I'L give it a 6.5 out of 10
