Delivery Policy
- Where do you deliver to?
We deliver nationally within South Africa. We only deliver to physical addresses and not P.O box addresses.
If you live in an estate, please ensure that the security is informed and will allow our couriers to enter. Please ensure that you are available to sign for your delivery, otherwise choose an alternative address such as your place of work where you can be available.
- When can I expect my delivery?
Our delivery service takes between 3-5 business days to get to you. Orders are not process over the weekend. We will communicate with you if there is a delay.
Our deliveries are only made to designated delivery addresses between 8am – 5pm, Monday to Friday. No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays.
- What will be the delivery cost for items purchased online?
Orders under R650.00 will costs R90.00 for delivery within Gauteng. Orders beyond Gauteng and under R650.00 will cost R120.00. Your delivery is free for orders over R650.00 nationwide.
- How do I change my delivery address?
Once you are logged into your profile, you can edit your address freely. You can edit or delete any delivery address at any time. You are only not able to change the delivery address once your parcel is out for delivery.
- Can I split my delivery?
Unfortunately, deliveries cannot be split, please create a separate order and edit your address if you wish to deliver to a different address.
- How will I know when my order will be delivered?
We have a service that allows you to track your orders on your profile. You will also receive information when the parcel is on its way to you.
- What happens if my order is not delivered?
In the rare occasion that something goes wrong with your order, please contact info@npl.za.com

- What Currency are your prices in?
All of our prices are in South African Rand (ZAR)
- Do you include VAT?
Yes, we include VAT in all of our prices
- What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards: MasterCard and Visa cards that are 3D secure enabled, as well as Zapper which allows customer to pay using their smartphone.
We also accept instant EFT – EFT secure payments allow you to pay NPL directly from your bank account via our internet banking facility.
- When will payment be deducted from your account?
Immediately – which means we can start processing your order right away.
- Is online shopping safe?
Yes. We have taken ever precaution to ensure your personal details are safe and secure with us.
All off your personal details are kept safe and encrypted as we utilize a leading South Africa payment processor.
