Each ingredient has been carefully selected and presented in effective dosages in order to assist with reducing fatigue, promoting recovery, and supporting focus and alertness during exercise. Intra-Load utilises a well tolerated and easily absorbed carbohydrate blend that replenishes glycogen reserves efficiently, thereby promoting exercise performance. In addition, Intra-Load contains whey protein isolate, glutamine, and additional BCAAs which may further aid performance and recovery.
