    I do loads of cardio heavy sports ( Triathlons , Crossfit , Jiu Jitsu) and started taking Whey Isolate recommended by staff in Dischem for recovery. I like the taste and it is easy to consume. I am slowly staring to switch more of my supplementation over to NPL as I am very impressed with results of the Whey. The delivery from NPL was lightning fast and convenient.
