It does make a difference

In general I am always very sceptical about testosterone boosters. However I can say that I can definitely feel the difference in my personal wellbeing. I take them as recommended before bedtime. My sleep has improved, my energy levels are higher when I wake in the morning. If I have to base my review on just that I would strongly recommend it.

It really makes a difference as I go to gym at 5am. I wake up and I feel like it contributes to my workout and it's still in my system. As for when I take it at night, I get calm and relaxed.
