    You will START your 12 Week Challenge on 3 February 2025

    You will find a custom meal plan available on the portal below. Remember to download the meal plan which is suited to your current weight.

    There are vegan meal plans available.

    Workout plans for both male and female are available, you can choose to do the at home or gym workouts.

    You will receive reminder emails during the 12 weeks of the challenge when it is time to upload your photo's.
    (PLEASE ALSO CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER FOR THE EMAILS)

    In these emails you will receive a unique code that is to be used/shown in the photo.

  • HOW TO TAKE PROGRESS PHOTO'S

    • Wear the same bikini/shorts in each of the photo submissions.
    • Stand up straight. Ensure that your face and body are well-lit.
    • Hold a your unique code - printed or digital in front of you or digitally date stamp the photos using an app on your phone.
    • You will need to submit 3 images with each submission - Front, Side & Back
    • Do not tilt the camera or take photo's at strange angles.
  • SUPPLEMENTS

    During your 12 week challenge you are required to purchase a minimum of TWO Body Rev Stacks.

    These can be purchased online or at your nearest Dis-Chem Pharmacy.

    To ensure your entry is valid, you will need to upload your proof of purchase/receipt to the portal in the links below.

When do the entries open?

Registration opens on the 3rd of January 2025. The challenge starting date is the 3 February 2025.

What are the winning criteria?

The winner is assessed on the overall best transformation:

Please let us know as much information about your transformation as you possibly can via email at bodyrev@npl.za.com. Sharing your story always helps us to understand your progress and journey.

We may take into account the following:

  • Overall Scale Weight Loss
  • Overall Muscle Weight Gain (As shown in images)
  • Biggest change in overall lifestyle (Has the contestant overcome any obstacles throughout the challenge and changed their life and health for the better)
  • Has the contestant submitted ALL progress photos: Before Photos, week 4, week 8 and week 12 (showing unique code) and uploaded to the NPL BodyRev Portal?
  • Has the contestant bought two supplement stacks and uploaded their receipt on the NPL BodyRev Portal?
How many winners get chosen?

There will be one male and one female winner.

How to ensure my entry is valid?

Step 1: Purchase your NPL stack Online, at Dis-Chem or Takealot and upload your receipt to the NPL BodyRev Portal. 

Step 2: Take clear, high-resolution, full-length, front, side and back photos of yourself as your ‘Before’ pictures and upload them to the NPL BodyRev Portal, during weeks 1, 4, 8, and 12. (Please see tips below on how to take a valid picture) 

Step 3: Download your workout guide and meal plan.

Step 4: Now you’re ready to potentially WIN your share of over R370 000 in cash and prizes!  

You need to purchase at least TWO NPL stacks during the challenge to be successfully entered into the competition. The amount of product you use depends on the meals you choose and how frequently you work out.

How to take before and after pictures properly?

Stand up straight. Ensure that your face and body is well-lit. Hold a your unique code - printed or digital in front of you or digitally date stamp the photos using an app on your phone. Turn to the side and take a picture of the side of your body, turn to the back and take a picture of the back of your body.

Remember to take frequent pictures to see your own progress, and don’t forget to upload your “before”, week 4, week 8, and final week 12 progress photos to our BodyRev portal to qualify.

Selfies will not be considered as a valid photo submission.
Stand in front of a plain background/wall.

Wear the same bikini/shorts in each of the photo submissions.

What happens if I submit my picture late?

Unfortunately, no late submissions will be valid or accepted. If the portal is closed,  we will not be able to accept any entries via email. Therefore it’s important to make sure that you set reminders for photo submissions.

How often do I need to take progress pictures?

We recommend you take progress pictures weekly, so you can consistently see and feel the progress you have made.

To successfully qualify for the competition, we need “before pictures” (week 1) and progress photos of week 4, week 8 and week 12. Upload all images throughout the challenge to the NPL BodyRev Portal.

How often do I need to purchase my stack?

A minimum of TWO NPL stacks need to be purchased during the challenge to be successfully entered into the competition. The amount of product you use depends on the meals you choose and how frequently you work out.

Do I need to purchase my stacks upfront?

Stacks can be purchased throughout the entire duration of the 12 weeks.

I am vegan. Can I participate?

Yes, we have a full vegan range of supplements as well as a vegan meal plan just for you.

What if I have allergies?

Feel free to send us a direct message (DM) on Instagram or email us bodyrev@npl.za.com and our in-house dietician will assist.

What if my goal is not to lose weight?

The calorie contents of the meal plans are calculated at a slight calorie deficit for each weight and activity level category to support fat loss. If your goal is to gain lean muscle, we recommend regular weight training at least 3-4 days per week with progressive overload as well as an additional protein serving per day. An additional protein serving could be an extra NPL Diet Pro or Platinum Whey serving after training. We recommend monitoring your progress as you go–if you are losing weight, you can switch to the meal plan for the weight category above your current one.

  • By entering this competition, you agree to NPL's use of your progress pictures
  • You need to submit proof of purchase of at least TWO BodyRev Stacks during the challenge. These can be bought Online, at Dischem or Takealot   
  • This competition is limited to residents of South Africa (RSA). This competition excludes all employees of NPL, the applicable advertising company for the promotion and/or competition, any holding companies and subsidiaries, their advertising and promotions agencies and their immediate families. 
  • Contestants must be 18 years or older to enter.
  • Contestants who have entered any other competitor transformation challenge within the last 2 years and placed in the top 3 can enter the competition, but will NOT be considered  as part of the Top 10. If you are unsure if you fall in this category, please contact us to clarify at bodyrev@npl.za.com
  • Contestants may not take part in any other transformation challenge that overlaps or runs concurrently with the NPL BodyRev challenge.
  • NPL reserves the right to disqualify a winner if he/she does not respond to the telephone call and/or e-mail within 2 working days of being contacted or the notification being dispatched, indicating that he/she accepts the prize. In such an event, NPL will be entitled to select another winner immediately thereafter. 
  • If a winner cannot accept a prize for any reason, that winner will forfeit his/her prize and another winner will be selected. In order to claim his/her prize, a winner may contact the NPL Care Line on 011  043 2525. 
  • The judges’ decision is final. 
  • NPL shall not be responsible for any lost, illegible, delayed or electronically corrupt entries for any reason whatsoever. 
  • NPL reserves the right to disqualify any claim on the grounds of suspected fraud or cheating. 
  • NPL reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. 
  • NPL is allowed to use the personal information provided to keep you updated on product offerings, competition guidelines and news. No information will be deliberately shared with any 3rd party outside of our company. We take great pride in prioritising our customers’ safety.  
  • The nutritional advice provided during the Body Revolution Challenge is based on information provided by contestants at the start of the challenge and general nutritional requirements for groups in various gender and weight categories. 
  • Always consult with your healthcare professional prior to starting a new diet plan or supplement regime, particularly if you have any chronic conditions or are using medication. Please check Warnings” on product labels to ensure that you do not have any contraindications to the product before starting to use it. 
  • Always consult with your healthcare professional before starting a new exercise regime. This exercise plan is developed for individuals who do not have any contraindications to exercise or previous injuries.
  • Please note we reserve the right to take up to 60 days to send you all your qualifying prizes as we need to collect from all our sponsors.
  • NPL will not be held responsible for the delivery of a prize if the sponsor is not available to commit to the original agreement. 
  • Contestants need to wear the same clothing in every photo submission
