Luv luv luv this product

Being peri menopause this product most definitely gives me back my energy. I just feel great on this product. Definitely helps with cortisol levels as well. I will not go without this product.

Good, not worth the price

I used this as part of a challenge and stopped using my usual brand of woman vitamins (Blemime## hiding the rest of the name so my review gets posted). For me my old brand works better. I compared the 2 and their the same, with gram differences and my usual brand has extra vitamins, like Vit D which is great for skin and hair. This product is however more affordable, but for me my usual brand is best

Because of severe health issues and trauma that i have been going through for the past 3 years. I lost more than 50% of my hair thickness. This broke me down because my hair as always been my crown. It got so bad that i asked my my hair dresser with my last visit a month ago if we should not maybe cut my hair short (take note, my hair is on my bum) after a month on Vita Women i can clearly see my hair has grown almost 1cm more than normal meaning it grew more than 2cm’s and i see all these fine little hairs and fluff appearing all over. My hair feels soft, something i haven't felt since April 2022 when the condition of my hair took a severe turn for the worst.
