You know yourself better than anyone else. Are you a morning person or night owl? Do you work out better at 5AM or after work hours? Heading to the gym before your day starts will set the tone for the rest of the day, but if your routine doesn’t allow it, pack your gym bag and stop at the gym after work.

It’s important to make exercise part of your daily routine. After a while it’ll start to feel like breathing – you don’t even realise you’re doing it.

#3 Supplement

Supplement your body with the right fuel to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. Exercise and fitness over 40 is challening as our bodies metabolism begins to slow. It’s important to understand that sport supplements won’t do the work for you, but it acts as a training partner and support system.
