Homemade Gingerbread Men Protein Recipe

With the festive season upon us, it’s time to blend tradition with a healthy twist! Try our delicious Protein-Packed Gingerbread Men! These little fellas are a holiday classic, offering you the perfect combination of festivity and fitness. Roll out the dough and try this adorable creation with your loved ones!

You Will Need:

  1. 2.5 Scoops NPL Diet Pro Vanilla Donut 
  2. 100g Self-Raising Flour
  3. 60ml Syrup
  4. 1 tsp Baking Powder⠀
  5. 2 tsp Cinnamon Powder⠀
  6. 2 tsp Nutmeg Powder⠀
  7. 28g Coconut Oil⠀
  8. 1 Egg ⠀
  9. Ginger Breadmen Shaped Cookie Cutter ⠀ ⠀⠀
  10. Toppings of your choice! (Smarties/ Icing/ Jelly Beans)

Method:

  • Preheat your oven to 180 degrees and line a baking tray

  • Mix together all the dry ingredients in a bowl

  • Whisk the egg and add it to the mix ⠀

  • Melt coconut oil for 30-60 secs in the microwave and add to the mixture ⠀

  • Mix ingredients together until dough is formed ⠀

  • Roll out the dough and cut the gingerbread shape, the mixture should make 10 biscuits

  • Place onto baking tray and bake for 10-12 mins⠀

  • Remove from oven and allow to cool

  • Decorate with family and friends! ⠀
